These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of Freecom POS, including the website, help center, offline POS application, optional backend services, documentation, and related services.
By using Freecom POS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website, help center, or system.
1. Use of Freecom POS
Freecom POS is designed to help businesses manage:
- sales, products, inventory, and receipts
- cashier accounts, open bills, and reports
- coffee shop features
- optional backend/device sync
You agree to use the system only for lawful business purposes.
2. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- keeping your username, password, and PIN secure
- managing cashier/admin access
- ensuring only authorized users use the POS
- reviewing sales and inventory records
- maintaining backups and securing POS devices
Freecom POS is not responsible for losses caused by shared passwords, unauthorized access, or failure to backup data.
3. Local and Offline Use
Freecom POS may work offline using local device storage. You understand that local data is stored on the device, and device damage, deletion, reset, or loss may affect local data.
Regular backups are recommended. Offline data may sync only when backend/sync is enabled and internet is available.
4. Backend / SaaS Sync
If backend or SaaS sync is enabled:
- some data may be sent to backend servers
- backend-created users may sync to POS devices
- devices may report online/offline status
- backend may be used for monitoring and account management
If backend is not enabled, the POS may operate as standalone/offline mode.
5. Payments and Financial Records
Freecom POS helps record sales and payment information, but it does not guarantee the accuracy of business accounting, tax reporting, or legal compliance.

6. Inventory and Stock
Freecom POS may track stock, low stock alerts, stock movements, and ingredient costing. Users are responsible for entering correct stock quantities, reviewing stock deductions, verifying alerts, and adjusting inventory when needed.
7. Receipt and Printing
Receipt printing depends on:
- printer compatibility and device compatibility
- paper size and printer setup
- Bluetooth, USB, or Windows printer support
- correct settings
Freecom POS does not guarantee that all printers will work without proper configuration.
8. User Content and Data
You are responsible for the information you enter into Freecom POS, including products, prices, inventory, customer data, business details, receipt logos, and employee/cashier accounts. You confirm that you have the right to enter and use such data.
9. Prohibited Use
- do not use the system for illegal activity
- do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the system
- do not upload malicious files or misuse backend access
- do not access another store's data without permission
- do not share accounts with unauthorized users
- do not remove or alter security features
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep Freecom POS reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Service may be affected by device problems, internet issues, hosting/server downtime, printer issues, updates, maintenance, or third-party service failures.
11. Updates and Changes
We may update the software, website, documentation, features, or pricing from time to time. Some features may be added, changed, disabled, or improved based on compatibility, security, and business requirements.
12. Support
Support may be provided through the help center, Facebook page, contact number, remote assistance if available, and documentation. Support availability may depend on the customer plan, agreement, or service arrangement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freecom POS, Freecom IT Solution, and its owner/providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses, including:
- lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
- incorrect reports, device failure, or printer failure
- unauthorized access caused by user negligence
- failure to backup data or incorrect user configuration
14. No Professional Advice
Freecom POS reports and records are for business management assistance only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Consult qualified professionals for legal, tax, and accounting matters.
15. Termination or Suspension
Access may be suspended or terminated if:
- account misuse occurs
- payment/subscription is not maintained if applicable
- a security risk is detected
- terms are violated
- required information is false or misleading
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, unless another written agreement states otherwise.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Freecom POS after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
